Nutrition Consultations

    Normally, we follow a 12 week plan, as this is the optimum amount of time to establish new lifestyle habits. Regular ‘check-ups’ are a good idea to help you stay on target, reassess where things could be tweaked a little or to iron out any problems you might be having. It’s also a great time to receive further encouragement and to look at how well you are doing and how far you have come.

    Consultations are fortnightly to achieve the best results.  After that, it’s up to you as to how often you would like to do a ‘check up’.

The first consultation is normally 1 hour and the follow-ups after that, 30 to 45 minutes.

Consultation Rates:

Individual:

  • One hour consultation– $95   (Skype or in person)             
  • Follow-up consultation (30 minutes) – $47
  • Follow-up consultation (45 minutes) – $72
                                                                                                     

Couples:

  •  One hour consultation – $145      (Skype or in person)                 
  •  Follow-up consultation (30 minutes) – $73  
  •  Follow-up consultation (45 minutes) – $108                                                                           

Payment is by bank transfer or cash.

Cancellation of appointments without 24 hours’ notice will incur 50% of the appointment fee.

Private one on one cooking lessons (1½ hours) – $120  (there is the option to invite one friend and share the cost).
